Guide to ordering shrimp:
  • Head-on shrimp are used for boiling and New Orleans-style BBQ Shrimp.
  • Headless shrimp are great for frying and most other recipes.
  • For shrimp boils, estimate 1 pound of head-on shrimp per person.
  • The size of the shrimp is described as the "count." The larger the shrimp, the smaller the count or num ber of shrimp per pound will be.
A 5-Pound Minimum is Required on All Shrimp Orders.
