New Orleans Chef John Besh and his son spent a day with Captain Lance Nacio of Anna Marie Seafood on the F/ V Anna Marie to learn about capturing wild Louisiana shrimp near Cocodrie, La.

The episode, "Shrimp Boat on the Bayou" is part of Season 3 of the PBS series, "Chefs A'Field, Kids on the Farm."
